Lummi Nation Tribal Housing Authority - Kwina Village Apartments
In 2009 we started working with the Lummi Nation Housing Authority, located just north of Bellingham, WA, to design zone controlled infrared heating systems – 336 infrared heating panels for 72 new apartments, which was a success for their renters, maintenance department, and long-term costs.

Starting in 2013 we met with their architect and began designing an infrared heating panel system that would be used to zone-control each room for 16 brand-new single-family homes with a projected savings of $6300 per year.
