Shipping, Warranty, and Return Policy

Who we are and what we do

Heating Green is solely the retailer for infrared heating systems. We work closely with manufacturers who make great products, and we take pride in our mission to provide heating solutions for great customers. Please take a moment to read our limitations and policies below as we adhere to our manufacturers policies. Shipping

  • Contact us for any questions on availability and lead time before purchasing any product! Most heaters are made-to-order and may not ship immediately.
  • Heating Green is happy to make any changes to the shipping address or delivery date before the order has been shipped, as any changes made after shipping result in additional charges per the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or freight). If a freight shipment is not ready to be received storage fees will be incurred per the carrier!
  • For any questions regarding transit or delivery once the order has been shipped, contact the delivery carrier for the most up to date information. For more information, read Need Support? Who to Call.
  • Upon receiving any product purchased through Heating Green inspect immediately upon delivery in order to ensure for damage, the correct size, voltage, finish color, etc. was sent that matches your invoice. In order to assist with any mistakes, Heating Green must be notified within seven days of delivery if anything from the order is missing or incorrect according to the paid invoice. 
  • Heating Green is happy to work with the shipper to replace any product damaged in shipping, but will need to be notified ASAP in order to file a claim with the carrier. Please provide Heating Green with pictures of the box, and inspect for damage upon delivery.
  • Heating Green must be notified of shipping damage within seven days of the arrival in order to best assist our customers.
  • If any packages are lost or stolen, a claim must be filed with the carrier by the receiver. Please let Heating Green know of lost & stolen packages, and we will work with the shipper to alert the shipping carrier. Heating Green is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you!
  • Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges and return items in the original package. If a shipping label is requested, it will be deducted from the refund total. An RMA (Request for Manufacturers Authorization) needs to be requested and filled out before you ship back your order.
  • International Shipping – Shipping and handling, includes all export fees, however, it will not include import fees, duties, taxes, import/export broker, etc.  For more details about the process of international shipping, please read the following guidelines.

Warranty Policy

Heating Green works with multiple manufacturers and suppliers in order to bring you the ideal infrared heating experience!

  • Heating Green will honor all warranties that fall within the respective manufacturer guidelines.
  • Locate warranty information on the particular product page.
  • In order to provide safe and high-quality products to our customers, please verify and measure voltage on-site before ordering and installing. Any product that is the wrong voltage and has been installed cannot be returned and voids the warranty.
  • Heating Green is the supplier of the products and our hope is to provide great products that will benefit you for years to come. We work with our manufacturers to supply high quality products that will benefit your particular application.  We nor our manufacturers are held responsible for any expense for services occurred due to troubleshooting, etc., within or outside of the manufacturer’s warranty.  For more information, read Need Support? Who to Call.

Return Policy

  • Due to the time and complexity involved in commercial jobs (commercial yoga, restaurants, commercial warehouses, etc.), these products are made to order to match color and voltage onsite at a commercial facility and not eligible to be returned.
  • Any personalized heaters (images, custom colors, etc.) are not eligible to be returned.
  • Eligible products for returns must be unopened and unused stock products. Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase of the products.
  • In order to provide safe and high-quality products to our customers, please verify and measure voltage on-site before ordering and installing.
  • Any installed product with incorrect voltage cannot be returned and voids the warranty.
  • Any installed hardwired or plug-in products cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective. See troubleshooting guidelines for details.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% will apply for eligible returns. 
  • If a return label is requested, it will be deducted from the refund total.
  • We do our best to help you through the process, so your project is a success and for you and for us!
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping and return items in the original package.
