Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Heating Green Content Creator Program (“Program”). By submitting content to this Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Program Overview

      The Heating Green Content Creator Program is designed to encourage creators to produce original short-form video content and photo collection featuring Heating Green infrared heaters installed in fitness, wellness, yoga, Pilates, or similar studio environments. Selected submissions may receive a payment incentive of $250 USD per selected video and $50 USD per photo collection (minimum of 6 varying shots).

    2. Eligibility

      To participate in this Program, you must:
      • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country or region.
      • Submit original content created or taken by you.
      • Film content in a studio or commercial space where a Heating Green infrared heater is visibly installed.
      • Shoot lifestyle images in a studio or commercial space where a Heating Green infrared heater is visibly installed.
      Personal ownership of a Heating Green heater is not required.

    3. Submission Requirements

      Participants may submit a maximum of two (2) videos and two (2) sets of photo collection during the Program period. All video submissions must meet the following requirements: Videos should include some or all of the following:
      • Visible Heating Green infrared heaters
      • Studio environment and ambiance
      • Action shots or real-life use
      • Positive experiences related to infrared heating
      Photo collections should include some or all of the following:
      • Heating Green infrared heaters visibly installed
      • Yoga/Pilates/fitness studio space shots
      • Lifestyle shots
      • Positive experiences related to infrared heat
      Possible content themes may include:
      • Wellness and recovery
      • Studio atmosphere
      • Energy efficiency
      • Customer experience
      • Business benefits for wellness studios
      • Lifestyle and wellness storytelling

    4. Content Restrictions

      The following are strictly prohibited:
      • False, exaggerated, fictional, or unverified medical claims
      • Unsafe use or demonstration of heating, yoga, Pilates, or fitness equipment
      • Copyrighted music or media without proper licensing
      • AI-generated videos or synthetic/generated creators
      • Competitor branding, competitor mentions, or visible competitor products.
      • Studio/business establishment logo without consent from studio/business owner.
      • Offensive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content
      • Content that involves children or minors.
      Heating Green reserves the right to reject submissions that do not align with Program standards or brand values.

    5. Selection Process

      Submission does not guarantee selection or payment. Videos will be reviewed internally by the Heating Green marketing team based on factors including, but not limited to:
      • Overall content quality
      • Creativity
      • Storytelling
      • Brand alignment
      • Engagement potential
      • Visual and audio quality
      Selected creators will be notified via email within approximately 5 business days after the submission period closes.

    6. Payment Terms

      Only selected submissions will receive payment. Selected creators will receive $250 USD per approved video via bank transfer. Payment will be issued within approximately 5 business days after final confirmation from the Heating Green marketing team and receipt of any required payment details. Creators are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, bank fees, or local financial requirements related to payments received through this Program.

    7. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

      Creators retain ownership of all non-selected submissions. If a submission is selected and payment is issued:
      • The creator grants Heating Green full, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, advertise, and promote the content across any marketing, advertising, digital, social media, web, email, or commercial channels.
      • Heating Green may edit or adapt the content for formatting, branding, advertising, or promotional purposes.
      • Heating Green may repost the content with or without creator tagging or attribution
      Once payment has been issued for selected content, usage rights become exclusive to Heating Green.

    8. Posting on Personal Platforms

      Creators are encouraged, but not required, to share their submitted content on their own social media platforms. If posting publicly, creators may be asked to include specific hashtags, tags, or mentions provided by Heating Green: @heating_green #HeatingGreen #HGInfraredHeater

    9. Third-Party Consent

      The creator represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions, explicit consents, and releases from all identifiable individuals appearing in the submitted content prior to submission and assumes full responsibility for any failure to do so. By submitting content, the creator confirms they have secured all required permissions for any identifiable individuals featured in the video.

    10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

      By submitting content, creators confirm that:
      • The submission is their original work
      • The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
      • Any music, visuals, or materials used are properly licensed or owned by the creator
      Creators remain fully responsible for any legal claims arising from their submitted content.

    11. Privacy & Communication

      Information submitted through the Program may be used by Heating Green for Program administration, communication, payment processing, and creator correspondence. Questions regarding the Program may be directed to:marketing@heatinggreen.com

    12. Program Changes

      Heating Green reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or end the Program at any time without prior notice. Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be reflected on the official Program webpage.

    13. Acceptance of Terms

      By submitting content to the Heating Green Content Creator Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
