Who can participate?
Anyone 18 years old or older may participate.
Do I personally need to own a Heating Green heater?
No. However, your video must be filmed in a studio or space where a Heating Green infrared heater is installed and visible.
What type of content materials are accepted?
We are looking for short-form vertical videos or high definition images designed for reels, ads, and social media content.
How long should my video be?
Videos must be at least 1 minute long and no longer than 2 minutes.
How many videos can I submit?
Each creator may submit up to 2 videos.
How many photos should I submit to qualify?
Photo collection should at least have six (6) varying images to qualify for submission.
Will every submission receive payment?
No. Only selected submissions will receive the $250 USD/video or $50 USD/photo collection creator incentive.
How are videos selected?
Selections are made internally by the Heating Green marketing team based on quality, creativity, storytelling, engagement potential, and overall fit with the brand.
When will selected creators be notified?
Selected creators will typically receive an email within five (5) business days after the submission deadline.
How will payment be sent?
Payments will be made via bank transfer.
Can I post my video on my own social media?
Yes. Creators are encouraged to share their content on their own platforms.
Can Heating Green use my video and/or photos?
Only selected and paid submissions grant usage rights to Heating Green.
Can I use copyrighted music?
No. Please use royalty-free or properly licensed audio only.
Can I use AI-generated content?
No. All submissions must be original and human-created.
