Submission Guidelines
We’re looking for authentic, visually engaging short-form videos and photo collection that showcase the experience, atmosphere, and benefits of infrared heating in fitness and wellness environments.
What We’re Looking For
We want content that feels natural, inspiring, and real, not overly scripted or overly promotional.
Your video or photo collection should help viewers visualize the experience of being in a wellness or fitness space enhanced by Heating Green infrared heaters.
Great content themes include:
- Wellness and recovery
- Relaxing studio atmosphere
- Yoga or Pilates environments
- Fitness and movement
- Warm, inviting ambiance
- Customer or studio experience
- Lifestyle storytelling
- Energy-conscious studio solutions
Video Requirements
Format
- Vertical video only (9:16)
- MP4 file format
Length
- Minimum: 1 minute
- Maximum: 2 minutes
Video Quality
- Clear, stable footage
- Good lighting preferred
- Clean audio with no to minimal background noise
- High-resolution export recommended (at least 720p)
What Your Video Should Include
Your submission should include some or all of the following:
- Heating Green infrared heaters visibly installed
- Yoga/Pilates/fitness studio space footage
- Action shots (movement, yoga, Pilates, stretching, workouts, etc.)
- Positive experiences related to infrared heat
Examples:
- Comfort during sessions
- Relaxing warmth
- Wellness-focused environment
- Recovery support
- Cozy studio ambiance
- Enhanced client experience
Photo Collection Requirements
Format
- Vertical and Horizontal shots (9:16 or 3:4)
- PNG file format
Image Quality
- Clear, stable shots
- Good lighting preferred
- High-definition images

- Yoga/Pilates/fitness studio space shots
- Lifestyle shots
- Positive experiences related to infrared heat
Content Style Tips
We encourage content that feels:
- Genuine
- Calm and visually pleasing
- Wellness-oriented
- Educational without sounding clinical
- Engaging within the first few seconds
Avoid sounding overly sales-focused or scripted.
Not Allowed
Please do NOT include:
- False or exaggerated medical claims
- Unsafe heater usage
- Competitor products or logos
- Studio/business establishment logo without consent from studio/business owner.
- Copyrighted music
- AI-generated videos or synthetic creators
- Low-quality, blurry, or heavily watermarked footage
- Offensive or inappropriate content
