- Contact us for any questions on availability and lead time before purchasing any product! Most heaters are made-to-order and may not ship immediately.
- Heating Green is happy to make any changes to the shipping address or delivery date before the order has been shipped, as any changes made after shipping result in additional charges per the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or freight). If a freight shipment is not scheduled for delivery or is unavailable for receipt, storage, re-delivery, or return fees may be incurred per the carrier and passed through at cost to the customer.Â

- Heating Green is happy to make changes to shipping details before an order ships. Any changes requested after shipment may result in additional carrier fees. - Upon receiving any product purchased through Heating Green, inspect immediately upon delivery to ensure that no damage, the correct size, voltage, finish color, etc. was sent that matches your invoice. To assist with any mistakes, Heating Green must be notified within seven days of delivery if anything from the order is missing or incorrect according to the paid invoice.Â
- Heating Green is happy to work with the shipper to replace any product damaged in shipping, but will need to be notified ASAP in order to file a claim with the carrier. Please provide Heating Green with pictures of the box, and inspect for damage upon delivery.
- Heating Green must be notified of shipping damage within seven days of the arrival in order to best assist our customers.
- If any packages are lost or stolen, a claim must be filed with the carrier by the receiver. Please let Heating Green know of lost & stolen packages, and we will work with the shipper to alert the shipping carrier. Heating Green is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you!
- Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges and return items in the original package. If a shipping label is requested, it will be deducted from the refund total. An RMA (Request for Manufacturers Authorization) needs to be requested and filled out before you ship back your order.
- International Shipping – Shipping and handling, includes all export fees, however, it will not include import fees, duties, taxes, import/export broker, etc. For more details about the process of international shipping, please read the following guidelines.

Heated Furniture
Shipping and delivery in contiguous U.S
Orders in Whatcom County are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks from the shipment date. All deliveries include a 4-hour delivery window that you will schedule with the carrier. Please note, scheduling options are subject to availability by delivery location.
Shipping rates
Local Delivery (Whatcom County):
- All Seating: $199
- Tables Only: $99
Standard Delivery (outside Whatcom County):
- Single Seat Orders (e.g., a single chair): $299
- Multi-Seat Orders (e.g., multiple chairs or a single lounge): $399
- Tables Only: $199
Tables can be added to Seat orders at no additional shipping charge. If you live near us, you can pick up your new furniture at our location for no additional cost. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout.Â
Where will my furniture be delivered?
Furniture and larger parcels will be delivered over your threshold. For multi-unit buildings, items will be left inside the building entrance, not at your door. Unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials is not included unless specified. You must be present at the time of drop-off.Â
Caring for your new furniture
Although Galanter & Jones heated outdoor furniture is built for durability and outdoor use, careful handling is still necessary to avoid damage. If leveling feet are included with your order, always use them when placed on the ground to ensure it sits flat. If you must lay the furniture on its side, use a blanket or other soft surface to prevent damage. Do not leave furniture in its packaging outdoors, moisture can accumulate in the packaging and damage the surface. See our care section for additional information.Â

Please note that for international shipping, we will assist with the necessary paperwork; however, customers are responsible for all additional paperwork, duties, and taxes required prior to delivery.
Additional Information
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), or freight forwarders.
